THE PERFECT ROOFING NAILER
Hitachi has long had the best roofing coil nailer on the market with the NV-45AB. This new and improved model actually made the best thing even better. It is very similar to the previous nailer but it offers an easier method to reload coils. Much more durable than any of its competition. I have tried them all. Max, Bostitch, Senco, Paslode. Nothing can surpass the Hitachi!

Awesome nailer
I researched several roofing nailers and based my decision on the reviews I read about the Hitachi. I have shingled two roofs so far and have had zero problems. The second roof I did was for a friend and he helped with his Poter Cable nailer. It was picky about the nails that were used, jamed often and had no depth setting. The Hitachi kept plugging along and never missed a beat. The depth setting was crucial for the different situations when installing shingles. After years of hammering nails and seeing other guns in action, I highly recommend the Hitachi NV45AB2.

The Best Roofer
I have a bunch of these and they are bulletproof. They work for a really long time (like 7 years full time roofing) with almost no repairs. When you do have to repair them the key wear parts like trigger valves are easy to find and cheap. For example the bostitch trigger valve retails for around 35 bucks the Hitachi ball and o ring for their trigger is about 10 bucks. A word of caution don't buy the light weight model unless you are a complete pansy because it is not nearly as good.Here are some competitors guns and briefly what I think as I have owned most of them:Bostitch- big and fat but not bad. Not many pros use them after using a Hitachi.Porter Cable- When you need to buy parts think of a outrageously high price then double or triple it. Compounded by their bad parts shipping times. You might want to get your gun going in less than 2 weeks if you are using to make money.( they aparently really ticked me off)Max- excellent tool as good as the Hitachi some...

Thumbs up in my book
I was looking to update an older PC with windows XP to a cleaner interface with a wireless combo. I bought the Microsoft wireless desktop 1000 but the keyboard was defective out of box so I rteturned it for the wireless desktop 800.I was mainly looking for wire free hardware with a thin keyboard and shallow form since desktop space was limited. This provided both.On opening the box I notice that it does not have an installation CD. The installation process on the one page setup manual is basically a three step process, insert batteries in keyboard and mouse, plug receiver into usb port and turn on the power switch on the mouse. (keyboard doesn't have a power switch)The receiver is a nano receiver so its tiny and inobtrusive, the 1000 model has a mouse size receiver with a usb courd on the end.The battery life is 15 months for the Keyboard and 8 months for the mouse which is a lot better than the more expensive 1000 model.Range is listed at 15 feet...

Good wireless desktop for couch gaming - no delay, light, compact, inexpensive.
First, a summary: This is a solid wireless desktop, and works great for 'couch gaming' with a big screen and a 'lapdesk' (I use the Belkin CushDesk). IMO, it works amazingly well considering its price! I have tried many sets that develop keyboard lag during a session, or 'lose signal' after time or distance and require a reset. This one runs for hours without issue. It also seems to have more than the advertised 10-foot range (Microsoft probably advertises the shorter distance on the box because it's their bottom-end product, and they don't want to compete with their higher end stuff - probably the same RF gear in all of them). On top of that, it looks nice, with a black piano finish.Keyboard details: The keyboard supports at least 4 simultaneous keypresses at once, and usually more, depending which keys you press. 4 keys is plenty - I have no issues in 'WADS-style' FPS's. Very Good Valve for Shower
I bought this valve because I already installed one in a shower and am very happy with the temperature regulation without the expense of a thermostatically controlled valve. This new valve has the built in shutoffs, which will allow valve gut change out without shutting the house water supply off. Be aware that this valve has no flow regulation, basically full on only, similar to a hotel room shower.

Simple to install, recommended for the local maint shutoff
I used this valve in a full bathroom for my basement. Kohler has a ton of cheap to expensive trim finishes to match with this and it's very easy to install. I paired it with sharkbite valves to connect to CPVC - installation took less than 15 minutes.The screwdriver shutoff valves allows the water to be shutoff when the PBU (Pressure balancing unit) needs to be replaced when it eventually fails - which Kohler warranties. VERY useful to prevent days of leaky shower during repair and prevents the need to shut of the house water.

Does what it's supposed to do
I purchased two of these during the past year for two bathroom updates. I had existing builder grade Kohler valve trim and wanted to update to newer valve trim/ faucets. I did not replace the entire valve with these units, only removing the cartridge in the front and plastic trim and extensions that were included. This helped so that the new Kohler trim could be attached easily. It was actually more cost effective to purchase new valves on Amazon than trying to purchase only parts of the valves, excluding the metal portion where the pipes attach, not wanting to replace what was already there and functioning unless there was no other way. I looked up my older Kohler faucet model to see what valve may have been in there already and this was the one that might fit, and thankfully, it did and easily. It wasn't the same for other valves in my remodel.The replacements work well in both bathrooms.

Excellent Manifold!
We are remodling our bathroom - back to the framing - and are replacing 4 year old (leaky) Delta fixtures with all Kohler fixtures. Of course, the Delta manifold wouldn't fit the Kohler tub fixture, so we ordered this from Amazon (had it here in three days) and installed it. We're grateful we got the Kohler!The instructions are pretty straightforward and easy to understand, as is the installation. I'm not a plumber, but managed the installation without any difficulty.The valve is precise and well made. It's a bit pricier a valve than others, but worth every penny!

Kingston quality, massive storage, what's not to love?
There are some things to consider before buying this particular card or any other 32gb SDHC card on the market:1. This is NOT an ideal card for a digital SLR like a D80, D90, Rebel XT, etc... That is because it is a class 4 device. The class of a SDHC cards has to do with how fast they read and write files, not how much storage they have. For a digital SLR, you should purchase a class 6 SDHC card most of the time. Class 6 cards will allow you to take 'bursts' of photos and not be limited by the card's capacity to write them. Also class 4 cards are slower reading data, meaning they will take longer to upload files to your computer. Upload speed is convenient, especially when loading large batches of files.2. This card has far more storage than most people will need for their digital camera. Unless you like to keep all your photos on a SDHC card and never move them to your computer, or are a high volume photographer, there is very little need for more than about...

PREFACE:I bought this card for extra disk space on my Asus EeePC netbook. I needed as much space as possible to supplement the very small SSD hard drive. I needed something with large capacity and relatively fast file transfer time.PROS:It shares the largest SD capacity on the market today with few others (Panasonic, Sandisk, and PNY) and is a quality name that I have had a good history with in the past. Its file transfer time is similar to the SSD drive in my machine so it basically acts as a second SSD for me at less than a quarter of the price!CONS:Its not the cheapest 32gb SD card(PNY) nor the fastest(Panasonic) but its good quality with a decent transfer rate.CONCLUSION:I'm very happy with its performance and capacity. I would like to see the price come down a bit, but that's the price of getting electronics of this caliber.That's my input, take it or leave it :)

Good for the money, but don't expect fast speeds.
Excellent for the price. I give it a 4/5 because it performs slower than expected from a C4 SDHC card. I also have a Sandisk EIII 2GB. Although it doesn't have the class ratings because it's not SDHC, the Sandisk outperforms the Kingston in both read/write.My test scenario: Using a Nikon D80 taking 6 shots continuously. The Kingston took considerably longer to write contents from the Nikon D80 buffer.If you're looking for a high speed card in a similar scenario, then look elsewhere. However, if you want a good card and no particular need for speed, then I recommend getting.

Solution to dead battery issue
These smartphones are pretty great except that the batteries run out in no time, especially if you have a toddler playing games on it. My phone is always on, and the battery dies a lot of times without me even knowing about it. So I bought a few extra batteries on amazon for less than ten bucks and this little gadget. I figured for less than 20 bucks (half the price of one of those motorola extended life batteries) this was worth a try to solve the problem.This was a quick, cheap, and EASY fix. The light on the unit is bright pink while battery is charging, and bright blue when it's time to take the battery off the dock. If you can't stand bright lights when you are sleeping (like from the phone, alarm clock, stereo, etc) you will want to keep this in another room, because it is bright. That is the only possible drawback. For me, I tend to let things over-charge, you know, which isn't good for the battery, so I like that the big blue light to remind me to take it off the...

Caution for Droid X2
This device works well when charging an external battery, although it's slow if the battery is mostly discharged. Mine took about 5 hours to charge.The USB charging port, however, does not work with the Droid X2. I don't know if it's due to limited current capability or if the voltage is a bit below what the X2 requires. I have found the same problem with some other USB charging adapters that work with my old HTC Droid Eris but not with the X2.
